Our commitment

We want everyone—regardless of ability—to be able to use our website and subscribe to our newsletter. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA guidelines.

 

What we’re doing

​

• We design, build, and review our content with accessibility in mind, including:

• Clear page structure with semantic headings and landmarks (header, nav, main, footer).

• Keyboard-accessible navigation and forms.

• Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.

• Sufficient color contrast and visible focus states.

• Labels, instructions, and error messages for form fields.

• Responsive layouts that work on mobile, tablet, and desktop.

• Avoiding content that flashes or auto-plays.

• Periodic checks using assistive-tech spot tests and automated tools.

 

Our site runs on Wix, which provides accessible templates and components. We configure these features and add accessible content on top.

 

Conformance status

Partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Some parts of the content do not fully meet the standard, as noted below.

Known issues & planned fixes

​

• Legacy images/files: Some older images/PDFs may lack descriptive alt text or tags. Planned: replace or add descriptions on request and during content updates.

• Third-party embeds: External widgets (e.g., map, social, video players) may not fully support keyboard navigation or contrast. Planned: provide accessible alternatives (addresses, captions, transcripts) when possible.

• Heading order on some pages: Occasional skipped heading levels in legacy sections. Planned: ongoing clean-up during edits.

• Focus visibility in specific components: In a few templates, focus outlines are subtle. Planned: reinforce with custom styles.

Compatibility

This site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and common assistive technologies on Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android. Some older browsers may not be fully supported.
